Old Silver Beach is Falmouth's most popular beach, and even on a Wednesday afternoon, it was super busy. But there is a reason for it. The sugar soft sand. The warm lapping ocean waves. The gorgeous views.
Can you find a quieter spot in Falmouth? Of course. But this beach is truly awesome, and the water provides a much-needed respite from the heat. The ocean water is warming up nicely, and there a loads more swimmers in the water. And even on a very hot day, swimming in the ocean is the perfect antidote.
