Sea to Shining Sea Bikepath

The Sea to Shining Sea Bikepath is a 10+ mile paved path on an old railroad line, that meanders from North Falmouth all the way down to Woods Hole. It passes through villages, through charming neighborhoods, across marshlands, along the water, past beaches and ponds, and captures all that is amazing about Falmouth.

The path is used by young and old; walkers and runners; casual bike riders and lycra-clad cyclists. The path is a lively corridor that cuts through some of our favorite Falmouth areas.

Depending on the time of day, it can be very busy. But you can always find a small stretch that is deserted, leaving you alone with the surrounding nature. The views seem to change every few hundred feet. And the Sea to Shining Sea is a gem in the crown of Falmouth.
