Cliff Walk - Newport

Cliff Walk in Newport is one of the absolute must-dos when visiting this city. The waterfront path is over 6 miles long, and follows along in front of the many mansions in this area. To the left are the waves of the Atlantic Ocean. To the right are the palatial playgrounds of the wealthy. And to think, most of these incredible mansions are simply 'summer homes' and not full-time residences. We walked a very small portion of the Walk, and vowed to return to try to walk the entire distance.
