Last year, my niece started an amazing new business in Newport RI. Bellevue Boards makes custom charcuterie boards, cups, grazing tables (yeah, just like it sounds!) and more. Located on Broadway in Newport, the shop is absolutely adorable. And her product line is spectacular.
After a quick visit, we grabbed our charcuterie and headed to the waterfront. We enjoyed this delicious treat near Salve Regina University, which is located directly next to the Vanderbilt's mansion, The Breakers. This was the perfect re-introduction to Newport, as this was my first visit here in over 30 years.
